Job Title: Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic.
Period: October 1991 to June 2007

My duties included-
* Understanding client requirements and drawing out an appropriate diagrammatic plan.
* Explaining the installation plan to clients and seeking approval from them.
* Carrying out pre installation feasibility checks and suggesting alternate installation plans if required.
* Assembly and installation of the window airconditioner.
* Installation of split Air-conditioner.
* Carrying out leak checks.
* Removal of the test gas using vacuum pump.
* Filling of system with refrigerant.
* Testing of the A/c system and making adjustment in setting if necessary.
* Service/Repair of components such as motor, condenser and compressor.
* Maintaining a record of issues faced and measures taken to troubleshoot the issue.
* Achieving the given sales targets for spare parts of Air- conditioners, commercial coolers, cold storage plants & refrigerators.
* Was also responsible for quarterly stock checking and maintaining records of stock balances.
* Some of the Reports generated were Daily Sales Report, Delivered/Pending Challan Report, Sales Register, Customer Ledger, Invoice Printing on Pre-Printed / Plain Stationary, Invoice Printing for Carrier A/c Co., Trane A/c Co., Saudi Aramco & Daikin A/c Co. Generalised Report, also some Analysis Report.
* Answering customer queries , running the day to day business and supervising the staff in dispatch and receipt of goods.
* Maintaining periodical Inventory control of the stock.
